In technical sectors like geothermal, many women possess the skills and experience to succeed but confidence doesn't always match proven capability. This interactive and reflective workshop is designed to bridge that gap, helping participants identify and overcome the professional habits that can limit career progression and leadership influence.
About the workshop
Hosted by Women in Geothermal NZ and facilitated by Kirsty Doyle, co-founder of Ara ki te Taumata, this session will help you recognise patterns, build strategies to close the confidence-capability gap, and step into opportunities with greater impact.
Who should attend?
This workshop is for all genders and is especially designed for women in geothermal at any career stage, whether you're early in your career, looking to grow your leadership influence, or a people leader already. WINGMen (male allies and supporters of WING NZ) are also warmly welcomed, if you work alongside women or lead women in the sector, this workshop is for you too.
