    Improving Diversity in Recruitment 

    These recruitment guidelines are designed to assist recruitment managers on the path to a more diverse workforce. Research shows that diverse teams are more creative and innovative, make better decisions when solving problems and are more agile when conditions change. Having a diverse workforce enables a company to be more flexible and allows them to connect better with their customers and stakeholders. Building a reputation as a company that promotes diversity can improve the ability for a company to attract and retain talented employees.
